I didn’t exercise yesterday like I had originally planned, and I am regretting it now. My entire body is tensed up, I need to get some activity in me! It’s exams time, so trying to find time (or mental energy) to exercise will be a tad difficult, but seriously now, I’m craving movement. Yoga would be soooo good right now, but that option is near impossible as I am still at school, about to study physics (gross). My body, brain, and I are all feeling quite lethargic. Sorry for the boring posts as of late. Once I get my heart rate up, I’m sure the content of this blog will improve as well.
