Bonjour!

Esha: Ooh, first post! First posts make me nervous…I never know what to say.

Little Voice in Esha’s Head: Psssst! Say hello!

E: Hello? Oh right!…Hey everyone, welcome to my dance/life blog

*****

After much hesitation, I have finally decided to start (and commit to) my very own blog. Being a science student, most of the writing that I’ve been doing lately has consisted of symbols and equations….not much food for thought eh? At this rate, but the time I graduate, I’ll be a walking talking x-y-alpha-beta-z…definitely not one of my lifelong goals! So, hopefully this blog saves my vocabulary from oblivion and serves as a free-shrink pour moi when I need it!

 Look out blog-world…heerreeee I commeeeeee!!!!

 Bests,

Esha

  1. I enjoyed your Budda poem. I take it you are a trainer at the YMCA? I used to work out there long ago. Being in the fitness industry helps keep you motivated huh? Gotta practice what you preach even when you don’t always feel like it!

  2. Most definitely! During my morning shifts there’s a couple who comes up with the most interesting exercises…that always gets me super motivated…even on days that I want to crawl back into bed!

  3. Cool! I love working with people it sounds like you do too. I am amazed at the progress my clients have made, even people who started late. I train a man who is 72. We have been working together for 5 years now.
