Uggghhh……way too much birthday cake!
Today is my 21st birthday (yay) and I basically spent the entire day eating sugar… not that I’m complaining or anything. If I get only one (or a couple) days to REALLY eat like crap, today should definitely be it! But seriously now, I haven’t worked out since Thursday because I had the flu and my eating habits went down the drain. I really need to get back into a disciplined state of mind if I want to reach my goal of losing 10 lbs (lets call it 5 now :S) by Nov. 3.
Hopefully I behave tomorrow!
I am back after a 3 month hiatus, with not much to say other than “Hi, hows it going?”. The past 3 months have been so full of school, work, working out, dancing, stress, stress, stress, that I very successfully managed to neglect this little blog of mine. Not to worry…Esha is back and (hopefully) better than ever!

Recipe for my personal sport drink:
• 400-450 ml filtered water
• 50-100 ml Happy Planet Extreme Green drink
• a pinch of Celtic sea salt
• lemon juice from 1/4 of a lemon
Energy, antioxidants, electrolytes and fluid all in one!
